- Make ready 2 tbsp oyster sauce

- Make ready 1 tsp finely chopped garlic
- Get 2 tbsp water
- Prepare 2 tbsp oil
- Prepare 1/2 Japanese leek sliced in 1/4 inch rings

You sauté mushrooms with a honey and soy sauce glaze and then toss them with stir-fried green onions, and peas in a simple ginger, garlic, chili, and sesame sauce.
