Spicy Crabbed Mussel NOTE: THIS IS A VERY BASIC RECIPE! you can change and add whatever you want. Finely chop the Imitation Crab meat and place in a bowl. To that bowl, add your Mayonnaise, Siracha, Salt and Pepper and any of the optional ingredients.

The ingredients needed to make Spicy Crabbed Mussel:
- Take 1 cup Mayonnaise
- Make ready 1/2 cup Siracha sauce
- Take pinch Salt and Pepper
- Make ready 2 cup Imitation Crab Meat
- Make ready 4 lb Mussels
- Get 1/4 cup (optional) garlic
- Get 2 pinch (optional) Cayenne/Paprika
Add the tomato to the reserved sauce and bring to a boil. Add salt and pepper to taste, turn off the heat and set aside. In another saucepan or small skillet, add two tablespoons of olive oil. Heat and add the scallion and pine nuts.
Instructions to make Spicy Crabbed Mussel:
- Preheat your oven to 350-375. Finely chop the Imitation Crab meat and place in a bowl.
- To that bowl, add your Mayonnaise, Siracha, Salt and Pepper and any of the optional ingredients. FOLD the ingredients together until thoroughly mixed. The mixture should be thick and one color, if you feel you need more Crab Meat just chop and add more. Same goes for spiciness: want a stronger kick? Add more Siracha.
- Now the Mussels should be cleaned and shucked. Place the mussels back on the shells (mainly for presentation and ease of eating). Then place Mussels (with shell) on to a cooking sheet.
- Now scoop the immitation crab mix onto the mussels, caking it up. THE MORE THE MERRIER!
- Place tray in the oven and let bake for 25-35 minutes or until crispy.
- When its done, please make sure you let it cool down for 5-10 minutes before trying to eat. The shells remain hot for some time. ENJOY….
Stir briefly and add the crab meat and mussels. We didn't care for the cod fish so when I make it again I'll leave that out and use all mussels, shrimp and crab. Scrub the mussels in a large bowl of cold water and discard any that are open. Put in a large pan with the wine. Tip the mussels into a colander set over a large bowl to catch the juices.
