- After 10 minutes add rice flour, gram flour and semolina mix well with the help of lit bit water and apply on fish as a coating,
- Than take pan for frying i made shallow fry you can deep frying also.when oil is hot (medium to high flame)than put fish on pan,cook till golden brown in colour,
- After that turn it over and same process repeat on other side
- Serve hot with chutney,it's very healthy and nutritional fish.
