- Marinade ★ all the ingredients together into a Ziploc bag and keep in the fridge for few hours.

- Add beef strips and fry few more minutes.
- Add remaining marinade sauce. (Yes, don't throw it away! You need this.)
- Add a little soy-sauce.
- Add a little sesame oil.
- Turn it off the heat, serve and enjoy!
