- When the salmon is cooked through (see Tips), remove the lid, turn the heat up to medium and let the cooking sake evaporate
- Turn the heat down back to low, add the ● ingredients, and mix. Add broccoli, mix again and turn off the heat.
- Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper to finish.
