  2. Chop garlic & shallot & saute in pan with olive oil & salt
  3. Add wine & let reduce to remove alcohol
  4. Add squid & salt & pepper for taste
  5. Will only take a couple of minutes to cook the calamari…when done add the lemon juice.
  6. Add 1/4 of the pasta to a dish place 1/4 of the calamari on top & spoon a generous amount of the sauce with shallots & garlic on top & garnish with parsley.
