The ingredients needed to make Trio-Fajita:
  1. Prepare 10 " Floured Tortillas
  2. Prepare 1 -Flat Iron Steak (sliced thin & grilled; (bite size pieces)
  3. Make ready 2 -Chicken breasts (sliced thin/cubed & grilled; (bite sizes)
  4. Get 1 bg. Large Shrimp (grilled)
  5. Get Green & Red bell peppers (grilled & cut lengthwise)
  6. Get Yellow Onions (cut lengthwise & sauteed)
  7. Take Mexican Fajita meat Rub (use on steak, chicken, & shrimp):
  8. Make ready Kosher Salt, coarse black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder,
  9. Get Paprika, & Cayenne pepper, chili powder, oregano, cumin
  10. Make ready Toppings:
  11. Take 2 -c. Shredded lettuce
  12. Get 2 -c. White/Yellow shredded cheddar cheese
  13. Take Fresh homemade salsa:
  14. Get Roma tomatoes, Onions, Green bell peppers or Jalapeno peppers
  15. Prepare Lime juice & cilantro
  16. Make ready (Optional: sour cream or guacamole)

Instructions to make Trio-Fajita:
  1. Heat up grill to medium
  2. Rub seasonings on your steak, chickens, and shrimp; set aside for 30 minutes to allow flavors to come out.
  3. Grill your steak for 5 minutes; then flip over and cook for another 4 minutes. Remove and set aside..
  4. Grill chicken for 4 minutes; then flip over and grill for another 4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  5. Grill shrimp for 3 minutes turning occasionally. Remove and set aside.
  6. Warm up your floured Tortillas; 1 minute each side; put them in a tortilla warmer. Set aside.
  7. To make your Salsa; just dice up your Roma tomatoes garlic, onions, green peppers/jalapenos in a bowl and toss; then mix together lime juice and cilantro; add pinch of salt, black pepper, and sugar pour over salsa mixture and toss.
  8. Shreds up some lettuce.
  9. In a bowl put some shredded Mexican cheese. (Store bought).
  10. Thinly slice or cube your steak and chicken; and remove shrimp off the skewer.
  11. Mix all your meats together and toss with a little seasoning if you want.
  12. Ready to build our Fajitas: 1) lay tortilla down flat…2) add about 1/2 cup of meat mixture…3) add shredded lettuce…4) add shredded cheese…5) add fresh Salsa…
  13. You can top it all off with sour cream or guacamole.
