- Take 200 gm rice

Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry eggs, pepper, and salt. Add boiled rice, steamed vegetables, meat, prawns, and salt. This Chinese fried rice has the flavor those other recipes are missing. A fried rice featuring a slew of different ingredients.
Steps to make Mixed fried rice:
- Cook your rice with some salt till slightly hard…drain the water and allow to cool
- Take chicken in a bowl..add salt pepper and soya sauce…keep aside for few mins…now fry in oil till colour changes… Keep aside
- Fry egg like scramble with salt and little pepper and keep aside
- Chop your vegetables as small as possible…keep aside
- Fry your prawns with salt for few mins till water evaporates…keep aside
- Now add remaining oil to a non stick wok(if not non stick u may add a little more oil).. add your vegetables salt pepper…fry for 2-3 mins….add the rice and mix all together…fry for again 2-3 mins…now add the chicken egg and prawns….keep frying and mixing all together….now add little salt and pepper and ajinomotto (optional)the chopped spring onions
- Put the flame off and serve hot and hot with chilli chicken or any other side dish….it is so wholesome it can b eaten on it's own also
