- Get 1/2 kg Fresh squid with the ink in it
- Take 2 eggs
- Prepare 1 sweet soy sauce ( according taste )

- Prepare 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- Get 1 chili (according taste)
- Take 5 onion
- Prepare 4 garlic
- Get 1 slice lengkuas / galangal (indonesian spice)
- Take 2 daun jeruk purut/ kaffir lime leaves (indonesian spice)
- Get 2 daun salam/ bay leaves (indonesian spice)
- Prepare 1 tbsp tomato sauce
- Get 1 tbsp chili sauce
- Make ready 1 salt , sugar and pepper powder (according taste)
- Make ready 1 pinch of beef flavor bouillon powder
- Take 3 tbsp oil to sauteing
Instructions to make Black Squid:
- wash the squid, reserving the ink in it and cut shaped like a ring
- slice all ingredients except kaffir lime leaves, bay leaves and galangal ( just mashed to get the flavor)
- make scrambled eggs and place on a plate
- saute all the spices and enter the squid
- put all the sauce and season and add the water
- enter the scrambled eggs and cook until the squid is cooked
