- Prepare and wash squid if they are not already prepared at purchase.

- In a small jug place the chopped coriander or parsley and add the olive oil. I aslo added a pinch of garlic salt. Set it in fridge to infuse until needed.
- When its time to grill shake the excess salt off the squid and place one by one on the barbecue.
- Place squid on barbecue and grill for 5-7 minutes on each side depending on how thick the squid is.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the squid once its ready to serve.
