- Aik pateeli mn oil dalen or piyaz or lehsan dal ke itna fri karein ke yh naram hojaen kacha pan khtm hojaey lekin brown na ho. Aisa kar ke nikaal lein
- Usi oil mn chheely huey andy dal ke 2-3 minut ke liey fri kar ke golden kar ken or nikal lein
- Fried piyaz lhsan ko blender mn dalen sath tomato or sabz mirch dal ke blend kar lein
- Ab is paste ko gram oil mn dalen or 5 minut ke liey pkny dein. Phir is mn dried masaly shamil karein or pani ka chhenta b lgaen
- Ab is mn 2 tbsp dahi add kar ke masala achy se bhoon lein. Jab oil upar ajaeyga to alu dal ke 3 minut ke liey bhunen
- Ab is mn 2 glasa water add karein ya jitni gravy ap pasand karein us mutabiq dalen. 10 minut ke liey medium to low flame py pkny dein. Alu gal jaen or garha se shorba reh jaey to flame off kar dijeye ga
