  14. Get 2 tbsp A: Ketchup
  15. Prepare 1 tbsp A: Curry powder
  16. Prepare 1 small piece each A: Ginger & garlic (grated)
  17. Make ready 1 rounded teaspoon A: Sugar (Honey)
  18. Make ready 1 A: Spices (I used cumin seeds, mustard seeds, and chili pepper)
  19. Make ready Seasoning ingredients B:
  20. Make ready 2 tbsp B: Tomato ketchup
  21. Take 1 rounded tablespoon B: Soy sauce (or fish sauce)
  22. Take 1 rounded tablespoon B: Curry powder
  23. Prepare 2 tbsp B: Honey (or sugar)

  7. When the vegetables are soft, add the seasoning ingredients B and mix. Add the leftover tandoori marinade from Step 2 & 3, and simmer a little.
  8. Add the tandoori fish from Step 3 to the curry from Step 7. Simmer until the liquid is reduced (about 10 minutes), and it's done!
  9. If you like it spicy, add chili pepper or cayenne pepper to finish.
  10. Garnish with fresh coriander or parsley to taste.
