  6. Add seasonings (salt, pepper, parsley, chives) and mix
  7. Make it rest in the fridge for 15 minutes
  8. Shape the mix to fit the loaf pan, then roll it into the bread crumbles you have left
  9. Put into the loaf pan and spread some olive oil all over it
  10. Cook in parchment paper at 200°C for 30 minutes
  11. Serve with mayonnaise to taste
