Hey everyone, hope you’re having an amazing day today. Today, we’re going to prepare a distinctive dish, fried squid. It is one of my favorites food recipes. For mine, I will make it a bit unique. This will be really delicious.

  1. Crack egg and break yolk. Add squid rings and tentacles.
  2. In a plastic shopping bag, add flour and seasoned salt- however you like
  3. Add squid to flour and shake. Making sure each ring is covered.
  4. Add oil half way up the pot. And once you think oil is ready add a bit of the flour. If you see tiny bubble the oil is ready. If oil is too hot, add more oil to cool down existing oil.
  5. Fry until golden brown and place on paper towels. Enjoy with sweet chili sauce.

It's easy to make that if you do it once you'll probably be able to make for the rest of your life! Cantonese Salt and Pepper Squid recipe is similar to fried calamari but are tossed in a mixture of crunchy stir-fried garlic, ginger, and hot green peppers. Dredge your squid in the flour/spice mix. You can do this piece by piece, or just Serve your fried calamari hot, as soon as possible. If you haven't overcooked it the squid won't go.
