  9. Prepare Sauce: (mix in advance)
  10. Prepare 1/2~1 tsp * grated garlic
  11. Make ready 1 tsp * lemon juice
  12. Take 1~1/2 tsp * chicken broth (chicken stock powder)
  13. Prepare 2~3 Tbsp * water
  14. Get 1 tsp * salt
  15. Take to taste * pepper
  16. Make ready dried green seaweed (aonori) for topping
Steps to make Simple Salt Yakisoba:
  1. Heat the 2 tsp oil in a pan over medium heat, add noodles and stir fry until it becomes golden brown, about for 2~3 mins. Remove from a pan and set aside. (you can also heat noodles in a microwave oven for 1 and half~2 mins.)
  2. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat again, add vegetables and stir fry until wilted. Add noodles, sauce and stir fry quickly.
  3. Season with salt and pepper. To finish it off, pour sesame oil from the edge of the pan to inside of it (optional). Sprinkle aonori on noodles.
