- Prepare 2 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 Tbsp water
This mie ayam jamur is one of my favorite noodle dishes I grew up eating. It may not be the exact copy cat of what they sell, kinda like my own version. Mie ayam, mi ayam or bakmi ayam (Indonesian for 'chicken bakmi', literally chicken noodles) is a common Indonesian dish of seasoned yellow wheat noodles topped with diced chicken meat (ayam). It especially common in Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia, and can trace its origin to Chinese cuisine.

- Put boiled baby bok choi, stir fry chicken mushroom, meatballs, fried wonton wrapper on top of the noodles. Serve with chopped green onions and chicken stock in a separate bowl. 😋
