  1. In a small bowl, mix Miso, Mirin and Sugar (and optional other ingredients) to make miso sauce.

  3. Spread some miso sauce on one side of each Onigiri.
  4. Line a baking tray with aluminium foil and brush the foil lightly with Sesame Oil. Place Onigiri on the foil and grill until the miso sauce is slightly burnt.
