  13. Take 2 cups Chicken Stock *OR 2 cups Water & 1-2 teaspoons Asian Chicken Bouillon Powder

  15. Take 1 tablespoon Sake (Rice Wine) OR Shoasing Wine
  16. Prepare 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  17. Make ready 2 tablespoons Potato Starch Flour OR Corn Starch Flour *mixed with 3 to 4 tablespoons Water
