Servers are always friendly and quick. Then with the last two I made mango sushi rolls. This one was my favorite, which is why I decided I had to share it with you! These rolls are a bit sweeter than traditional sushi, but not so sweet that they fully land in the dessert category.
Instructions to make Mango Sushi!!:
- Cut all the fruits in tiny winy bits. Keep aside. Make very thin flat/circular slices of Melon and watermelon to roll the sushi in. Make flat Slices of mangoes.
- Prepare Japanese sushi rice. I followed the instruction on the box of the rice I bought from Godrej nature basket.
- Layer the rice on the melon slices. Spread Cut fruits on the rice. Roll using the bamboo mat. Top it with cut mango slices.
- Cut the rolls into desired size and numbers. I refrigerated the sushi before serving.
- It could also be served with spicy mango dip. I served with the remaining cut fruits laid on orange slices.
