Instructions to make Patra sushi roll:
  1. For gram flour mixture - Heat oil, add onions, ginger garlic paste, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, cook for 2 min, add grated coconut,cool it. Then grind the mixture to make smooth paste. Then add gram flour, tamarind paste, red chilli, turmeric, salt, asafoetida, garam masala sugar mix it well.
  2. Place four colocassia leaves on a flat surface with light green side facing. Spread a little gram flour mixture evenly on the colocassia leaf, fold the leaf from both sides, roll it tightly from one end to end to other end. Place all the rolls in a steamer and cook for 20 to 25 min,keep aside to cool completely.
  3. Blanch the four colocassia leaves. Take a piece of polythin, spread oil init. Put rice on it and spread, put colocassia leaves rolls over it. Make a tight roll, then cover with blanched colocassia leaves.
  4. Cut it and tempering with mastard seeds and sesame seeds and serve with tomato sauce
