  2. Make ready 30 g carrot
  3. Make ready 60 g mushrooms

  5. Make ready 1 pack natural Dashi pack or 1 teaspoon Dashi powder
  6. Make ready 1/2 teaspoon salt
  7. Get 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  8. Take 1 teaspoon vegetable oil

  7. After boiling, let it go for 12 minutes with low heat
  8. Just after cook, put rest of oyster on the rice and leave for 10 minutes. Let's eat! Today's dinner.
  9. If you don't use Japanese rice please put more water. Or please choose Chinese rice.

The seaweed creates a boat-like shape that makes it ideal for holding softer toppings such as. There is also a very similar dish called Maze Gohan (混ぜご飯). Unlike Takikomi Gohan where uncooked rice and other ingredients are cooked in the same pot, Maze. Dump chilled rice, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, Mirin sweetened sake.
