- Make a fine paste of onion, tomato, garlic, ginger and green chilli.
- Take a non-stick pan. Put oil on a pre heated pan.
- Add cumin seeds. Then add that fine paste.

- Add turmeric, salt, coriander powder and mix them well.
- Spread this roasted paste evenly in the pan.

- Cover it with lid and cook it for 5 minutes.
