  16. Prepare Snow peas: Adjust to suit your needs (boiled, optional)

  18. Get 700 g uncooked rice
  19. Prepare 700 mL water
  20. Prepare 80 mL vinegar
  21. Get 5 tbsp sugar
  22. Prepare 2 tsp salt
