  6. Get Pasta Sauce (didn't measure, use as much to your liking)
  7. Prepare Italian Seasoning

Steps to make "Mock" Lasagna:
  1. In a skillet, cook ground beef and sausage until done, set aside.
  2. Cook pasta as directed on box.
  3. While cooking pasta, heat pasta sauce.
  4. When pasta is done, in a large pan (I used a foil pan), mix together pasta, meat mixture, and sauce.
  5. Add in Ricotta cheese and 1 1/2 bags shredded cheese and mix.
  6. Cover with more pasta sauce and remaining shredded cheese. Sprinkle with Italian Seasoning.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!

Combine the ricotta,egg,salt,pepper,one tablespoon of parsley and the cooked sausage meat. Add one pint of sauce and half of the grated Parmesan cheese to the mixture until all is incorporated. Mix the par-cooked pasta with the cheese mixture to coat well. Meanwhile blend softened cream cheese with sour cream and green onions. Season with garlic salt, garlic powder, and black pepper.
