The ingredients needed to make Squids masala:
- Make ready 2 cup Squids (cut into pieces)
- Take 2 large size Onion
- Take 3 medium sized Tomatoes
- Take 3 pods Garlic
- Take 3 tsp Red chilli paste
- Take 1 tsp Oil
- Prepare 3-4 sprig Curry leaves
No need to add water as the squid will release its juices when it starts to cook, Open the lid and add garlic paste and curry leaves and cook till the gravy thickens,now the squid is done. - Grind onion and tomatoes separately.. keep aside
- Heat oil, Add curry leaves.. fry for 2 mins
- Then add ground onion and salute till transparent. Then add ground tomatoes and cook for 5 mins.
- Then add red chilli paste.. fry for 4 mins
- Put little water and to make thick curry
- When it starts boiling, Add pieces of squids.
- Cook till squids completely cooked and dry out the water.
- Serve hot with roti /naan
