  12. Get 1 tbsp Garlic powder, Onion powder, italain seasoning, Parsley

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Boil shells to al-dente then drain and let cool till easy to handle
  3. Peel chicken into small pieces
  4. Dice onion, mushrooms, garlic ( recommend putting garlic in a garlic smasher )
  5. Saute onions, mushrooms, garlic and seasonings together
  6. Mix ricotta, cottage cheese, saute mix, peeled chicken 1/2 cup of mozzarella/Monterrey jack/parmesan and 2 beaten eggs in a large bowl
  7. Stuff shells with mixture(one spoon full works great in each shell)
  8. Add a layer of alfredo sauce to cover bottom of pan, layer shells next to eachother and add remaining alfredo sauce and cheese on top
  9. Bake for 30min or when its slightly brown on top

In the same pan, saute mushrooms in remaining oil until tender; set aside. Cook the shells according to the instructions on the package. While the shells are cooking, prepare the stuffing according to the "out of the bird" microwave method on the box. Chop up the chicken into small pieces. Put the shells into the strainer to drain.
