Instructions to make Prawn Stuffed Squid:
- Add butter in a non stick pan.add garlic and prawns with chilli flakes, Italian herbs and pepper powder. Once the prawn is cooked , add salt, coriander and bread crumbs.
- Fill the prawn filling in squid tubes. Seal with a toothpick.
- Heat oil in non stick pan.add the stuffed squids and cook each side for 2-3 minutes. Don't over cook else it turns rubbery.
- For sauce: in pan add white wine and a cup if water.wait for liquid to reduce to half..then add tomato paste, salt and pepper and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Serve the squids with this prepared sauce.
