The ingredients needed to make Squid patty:
  1. Prepare 100 gr Squid
  2. Get 100 gr Pork Mince
  3. Get 1 cup flour
  4. Prepare 2 tbsp chopped dill

  6. Make ready Pinch sugar or dashi stock
  7. Take Cooking oil or water
Instructions to make Squid patty:
  1. Roughly mince the squid using a knife or blender with meat mincing blade.
  2. Put pork into a blender with meat mincing blade and mince until smooth.
  3. Mix pork, squid, flour salt and dashi stock well together using a flat spoon or a food processor.
  4. Add dill and mix again.
  5. Pan-fried method: Heat oil on a frying pan at medium heat. When oil is hot, using a spoon, scoop the patty out on to the pan and flatten it. Cook until both side are golden and take them out to serve.
  6. Boiling method: Boil a pot of water on high temperature. When water is boiled, using a spoon, scoop out the patty and throw it in the boiling water. Boil for 5 minutes and take them out to serve.
  7. Optional: Add some salt and dashi stock to the water with the boiled patty. Throw broccoli and cauliflower in for some vege goodness.
  8. Serve with rice.
