  3. In a baking dish add a layer of the breadcrumb mix & put several small pieces of butter on top of the breadcrumbs & put the shrimp on top
  4. Add another layer of breadcrumbs & butter & drizzle a little olive oil on top
  5. Bake in 350° preheated oven until shrimp turn color & breadcrumbs brown…should be approximatly 15 minutes depending on the size of the shrimp
  6. Plate & squeeze fresh lemon juice on top
