- On medium high heat ,add in little oil to fry garlic ,peppers and other ingredients,when get a good smell add in shrimps ,stir to mix,seasoning by salt and soya sauce ,let it cook and sauce get dry cover shrimps ,serve hot with my spicy sauce,or only eat as it already seasoned :)
