- Take 1 Breast Chicken chopped

- Cook the rice drain and mix 1/2 tsp of tumeric or curry powder to get the yellow colour, then set aside.
- Heat up a wok or large frying pan and melt the butter
- Next add the chopped Chicken cook for 10 - 20 minutes.
- Add the crushed Garlic and fry for 1 minute.
- Next add the prawns and squid and mix in fry for 5 minutes.
- Add the Salt & Pepper to taste.
- Next add the drained rice to the chicken Stir and mix in on low heat, for 5 minutes.
- Add to a serving dish and add some chopped spring onion. Serve hot. Enjoy!
Now grate the garlic and add it, along with about a third of the chopped parsley and marjoram and give a quick stir, before tumbling in the prepared squid and prawns. Add the juice of half the lemon and most of the remaining. Pat the squid pieces with paper towel to remove excess moisture. Generously season the squid pieces with the salt mixture. Add the garlic, spring onion and Vietnamese-style Pepper Chicken Noodle Bowl.
