  1. Get 1/2 onion finely chopped
  2. Take 1 clove garlic minced
  3. Get 1 tblsp chilli flakes

Instructions to make Prawn and Quinoa:
  1. On medium heat, fry onion and garlic till soft. Add chilli flakes and and then add quinoa and sauté for a minute.
