- Pan fry for 1 minute then press all juice from the shrimp head
- Add water and simmer for 30 to 40 minute pressing the juice from the head every now and then
- Let it cool then drain and discard shell and keep stock in air tight container up to 3 days
It doesn't need any fancy presentation. Simply ladle it into big bowls and serve. It had shrimp (head on), scallops, and some veggies, it was so good. I bet your shrimp stock would make for a wonderful soup or stew, even gumbo or jambalaya, now my taste buds are tingling…. That trip to Cancun sounds wonderful, because we have more snow.
