  4. continue to cook until noodles r tender and it starts to thicken.
  5. remove from heat and let cool for about 5 min. and to let thicken rest of way.
  6. serve alone or with your favorite meal.
  7. serves a family of 8 as a side for cheap. or as a meal for 4..
  8. variation.. add garlic powder to taste when u add the tomato paste and add motz cheese to the top when finished…

Except for the summer months, the 'fresh' tomatoes are usually harvested when green and left a long time to ripen. Add more red pepper flakes if you like your sauce spicy!
