Instructions to make Enchilada Burritos:
  1. Brown the meat in a pan. Drain the meat and then add the taco seasoning according to the directions on the package.
  2. Add the chili and the salsa to the pan with the seasoned meat. Stir all together. No extra seasoning is needed.
  3. Preheat the oven to 350.
  4. In a large pan, over the bottom with cooking spray then a few spoons fulls of enchilada sauce to cover bottom of pan.

  6. Once the pan is full. Take a spoon and cover each burrito with enchilada sauce. Don't drown the burritos. Use just enough sauce to cover each one.
  7. Cover with foil and bake 40 minutes.
  8. Once done uncover…add cheese to the top of the burritos and bake for about 5 more minutes. Or until cheese is melted.
  9. Once finished, you can top your burrito with sour cream, guacamole, lettuce, or salsa. What ever you like to use as toppings. ENJOY!
