  2. Take a saucepan and pour in the measured coconut water (strained) & add in the sugar bring to it & the measured Agar Agar powder
  3. And, bring it to the boil by continuously stirring it & not allowing any lumps to form until all well incorporated…the mixture starts thickening
  4. Put off the gas flame now, pour in the mixture, immediately to any ceramic/terracotta/borosilicate cups/bowls/vessels
  5. Garnish with the scraped tender coconut flesh & fresh mint leaves & refrigerate the same for at least, 3-4 hrs time before serving it absolutely CHILLED

There's actually no dairy in the ingredients but I'm not sure if some of the other ingredients are vegan or not. Fun vegan jello dessert to spruce up your holiday season.
