- Take out 1 by 1 shells from the onion.
- It should not be broken.
- Take a mixing bowl and mash the boiled potatoes in it.
- Add all three chopped bell peppers, boiled corns, salt, black salt, red chilli powder, black pepper, chat masala, garlic powder, coriander powder and chopped coriander leaves in it.
- Mix it properly so that they are combined to each other.
- Now take one shell and stuff one layer of the stuffing in it.
- Then keep one small cube of cheese over it.
- Now again cover it with the layer of stuffing till up.
- Like this, stuff all the shells. Now make the batter of besan by adding salt and red chilli powder.
- The consistency of the batter should be little bit thick.
- Not in runny.
- Now heat the oil for frying.
- When heated, dip the stuffed onion shell into the batter and drop it in the heated oil.
- Like wise, dip and drop all the stuffed shells in the heated oil.
- Deep fry from both the sides.
- When gets brown, remove it from the oil on the kitchen roll so that excess of oil is absorbed.
- Now cut from the middle of the Onion shells.
- Melted cheese comes out from the shells.
- Serve hot with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
