The ingredients needed to make Squids masala:
  1. Take Squids (cut into pieces)
  2. Make ready Onion
  3. Prepare Tomatoes
  4. Prepare Garlic
  5. Make ready Red chilli paste
  6. Make ready Oil
  7. Take Curry leaves

No need to add water as the squid will release its juices when it starts to cook, Open the lid and add garlic paste and curry leaves and cook till the gravy thickens,now the squid is done.   5. Put little water and to make thick curry
  6. When it starts boiling, Add pieces of squids.
  7. Cook till squids completely cooked and dry out the water.
  8. Serve hot with roti /naan
