  5. Once the taste is to your liking, add the dried seaweed. Stir it well and let it simmer for a minute or less if you want the seaweed soft. But if you want the seaweed to be a bit crunchy, turn off the heat immediately after putting in the seaweed into the pot.
  6. Place to bowls and ready to serve!
