  2. While I am waiting for sweet rice, I prepare egg. First stir the egg and fry it on the pan. Then, cut toasted seaweed into small pieces and put them on the top of the eggs. After cook done, cut the eggs into small pieces.
  3. With green onions, fry it with 1/2 tsp vegetable oil. This step takes less than 5 minutes. Green onion is taster if it is not too long time cooking. Wait it cool down, add 1 tsp of olive oil.
  4. With nuts, grind them and add with toasted white seasame (optional)
  5. Now it is ready to eat. Please don’t forget add 1/2 tsp soy sauce on the top before enjoy it. If you eat vegan food, you can reject eggs.

All dinner entrees are served with steamed white rice or brown rice, except for noodles, fried rice, and moo shu dishes. Tofu, seaweed, scallion in soy bean broth. Stir fried rice w/ shrimps, and chicken, egg, carrots, onions, green peas, raisins, and curry powder.
