Instructions to make Crab Coconut Sauce:
- Heat up frying pan, add vegetable oil, stir in the onions, ginger, garlic and stir till its golden brown, add tomatoes and pepper, fry for about 5mins
- Pour in coconut milk into the sauce, add irish potatoes after about 5mins, stir in the grilled turkey and crabs, cover the pot and allow it cook till the irish potatoes is tender
- Add in the salt and bouillon cube, stir and finally add in green & red bell pepper, after a minute
- Reduce heat allow to simmer for awhile add the parsley leaf cook for a minutes and turn off the heat
- Serve with either white rice or fried plantain.
