- Prepare Pre-pack Mala sauce
- Prepare Cabbage (sliced)

- Slice all your ingredients into half or pieces (your preferred cut)
- Boil all your ingredients in a pot, cover with lid (put aside cabbage and garlic)
- Heat oil to pan, add in garlic and cabbage to stir fry (3min) cover with lid.
- Drain off all the water from the boiled ingredients and place all the ingredients to the frying pan with the cabbages. (stir fry well)
- Add the Mala sauce and add in water (stir fry well - 2min),cover with lid (5min) stir fry another 3min, ready to serve
