- Grind onion and tomato to a fine paste and keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, add Fennel seeds and let it splutter. Then, add ginger garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
- Add the pureed onion and tomates and sauté for another minute.
- Add crab, turmeric, pepper, cumin and mix.
- Add water, give it a mix and cover with a lid.
- Stir frequently to avoid masala sticking to the pan. - Once Crabs are cooked add chopped green chili, coriander leaves, mix and remove from stove.
- Serve hot or warm with Roti or rice.
