- Now in a saucepan add fresh orange juice and 1tbs sugar and mix well on the low flame. Cook until dissolve sugar. Add 1tsp agar-agar mixture and mix well without lumps. Switch off the gas. Sieve.
- Take the pudding bowl out from the fridge and add orange mixture equally to all the bowls. Again refrigerator for 30 minutes or until set.
- When the orange juice is set, remove the bowls from the fridge and garnish with orange and serve chilled.
