- Heat up frying pan, add oil. Once it’s hot add onions. Stir and add ginger and garlic
- Pour in calamari and shrimps into frying pan, then fry for about 3 minutes remove seafood from the frying pan and then add pepper and tomatoes and fry for about 6mins
- Add knorr cubes, salt, curry powder, oregano and stir.
- Stir in cooking cream and cook on low heat for another few minutes.
- Add the seafood and stir in the bell pepper, turn off heat and serve with basmati rice
