- Boil hot water in medium pot with tablespoon of canola oil

- heat wok on medium high, Add canola oil, pinch of garlic and ginger
- Add all veggies except for the mushrooms
- Add 2 cups chicken broth, 2 tbs Maggie's soy sauce, 1 tbs sweet soy sauce. stir
- in a separate bowl, mix 2 tbs corn starch and chicken broth
- Add chicken broth and corn starch mix
- let sauce thicken. Pour over noodles once it's a nice thick consistency like gravy. Add siracha if u like a little kick
