  2. Make ready 1/2 tbsp honey
  3. Get 2 tbsp brown sugar
  4. Make ready 2 tbsp butter

  6. Prepare 1 tbsp soy sauce
  7. Take 1 tbsp grated ginger
  8. Make ready 1 Salmon
  9. Prepare 1 salt and pepper (dash of each)
Instructions to make Sweet & Tangy Salmon:
  1. For sauce: Melt butter, brown sugar, honey, soy sauce and grated ginger.
  2. Once melted, whisk in dijon mustard. Cook 2 min then set aside. (Makes 6 servings)
  3. Heat 1 tsp olive oil in pan.
  4. Lightly salt and pepper salmon and place in pan. Cook 3 min
  5. Flip salmon (should be lightly golden) and top with some sauce. Cook 3 min.
  6. Flip salmon again and top with some sauce on this side. Cook 2-3 more min or until salmon cooked through
