  1. Wash and cut the Okro. Wash and slice the Ugwu leaf, keep aside.
  2. Wash the fish, add to a clean pot.Add the prawns. Add the fresh pepper, onions, salt, ginger, garlic, red oil, cubes. Allow to steam properly.
  3. Add a little water, allow to boil. Add the Okro, add the sea foods. Stir together. Allow to boil properly. Add salt and cube to taste. Add the Ugwu leaf and turn off the fire. Stir and serve with any swallow of your choice.

The edible green seed pods can also be used in stews and soups. Okro, ugh (pumpkin leaves), palm oil, cube seasoning, salt, pepper, fresh fish, stock fish, kpomo, uziza seed, crayfish. Steam stock fish, fish and kpomo with salt, seasoning cube, pepper and allow to boil for several minute. Fresh Okra Soup is a wonderfully delicious soup that is sure to entice your taste buds.
