  2. Take 2 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs

  6. Prepare 1 fresh parsley
  7. Make ready 1 olive oil

  1. Make sure the calamari is cleaned washed & cut up.
  2. In a bowl put the breadcrumbs, grated cheese, oregano & garlic & mix well
  3. Add some olive oil to the bread crumb mixture & stir until the breadcrumbs are little wet…do not soak the breadcrumbs with oil…(see pic)
  4. Cover a flat baking pan with aluminum foil & put a shallow pile of calamari on it & salt & pepper it & drizzle lightly with olive oil & top with a generous amount of the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Bake in a 400Β° preheated oven for about 10 minutes or more….when breadcrumbs brown it should be ready.
  6. Plate & squeeze fresh lemon juice on top & garnish dish with parsley & enjoy.
