  2. Get 1 Onion Big (Finely Chopped)
  3. Make ready 1 Tomato Medium size (Finely chopped)
  4. Prepare 1 ½ Teaspoons Chilli Powder
  5. Take ½ Teaspoon Pepper Powder
  6. Make ready ½ Teaspoon Garam Masala
  7. Take 1/4 Cup Coconut Grated
  8. Make ready of 2 Sprigs Curry Leaves

Instructions to make Tuna Masala:
  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add the finely chopped onions. Saute till onions becomes soft.
  3. Add Curry leaves. Saute for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add finely chopped tomatoes and the spices (chilli powder, pepper powder)
  5. Cover and cook till the tomatoes are soft.
  6. Now add the drained tuna and mix everything well. Cook everything for 12 - 15 minutes. (You can see the masala is dry by this time)
  7. Add coconut to the above and mix well.
  8. Add garam masala and mix everything well. Cook for another 4-6 minutes.
